Salutations à vous , chers mélomanes nocturnes !
Ce soir, je reviens avec mon label australien préféré : Dual Plover ! Un label haut en couleur qui musicalement est assez diversifié : punk, noise, hip hop, twist, blues , neo-folk, electro, techno etc…etc…et encore etc…..Son volontairement crado, textes militants, ambiance bordélique à souhait !!!!
Mais Dual Plover , c’est aussi un certain état d’esprit si l’on peut dire. En effet dans une Australie à l’état d’esprit justement souvent fort conservateur, les activistes du label apportent une touche de délire et même de scandale.
Leurs performances furent souvent la source de remugles incroyables,nonobstant le choc frontal avec le public, ce fût souvent batailles, interruptions , jetés de chaise etc…
Le label fait mal là où ça gratte , prônant liberté sexuelle entre autre et goût du délire, ils leur arrivent d’être assez extrêmes….
Mais puisque nous vivons aussi dans un siècle de platitudes et de bêtises, je les remercie d’exister et ne suis pas peu fier d’avoir imposé school de SWEDEN comme hit à danser dans mes mixes dj…….
Découvrez et redécouvrez encore ce label à partit de 20h30, à travers 2 h de mix visitant le catalogue de ce label , qui depuis s’est flanqué de nombreuses signatures internationales, « Dual Plover » , c’est contagieux !!!
