Un constat : de moins en moins d’Européens déclarent avoir confiance dans les institutions traditionnelles de la démocratie représentative.
Alors, comment réinstaurer la confiance du citoyen ?
Parmi les multiples réformes observées ces dernières années, on peut observer la délégation de compétences politiques à des organes politiques composés soit d’experts, soit de citoyens tirés au sort.
La question qui se pose d’emblée est la suivante: si cela revient à déléguer du pouvoir politique à des non-élus, n’est-ce pas le contraire de la démocratie représentative ?
